For the longest time I can remember, I have always wanted destroy something or hurt someone. Often I feel almost to angry to hold it all in, but I'm not sure what I'm mad about. Like, sometimes I feel like throwing a chair out the window at school or punching someone in the face. Sometimes I even have thoughts of throwing a knife at my mom and it sticking out of her neck as I watch her die.
yea... it happends when u have anger build ups agesnt people... try fireing back at someone when they make u mad...
( not including mom or teachers )
Unfortunately, most of the angry that I can locate is directed at my mom. What am I supposed to do about that? I don't want to take out my anger at someone that doesn't deserve it.
well either try hitting at pillows or go to someone alone and yell everythign that ur mad at... or diray... ( i hear they help alot )
or just tell you mom what ur mad at and y.
Try talking to you mom nicely and calmly about how you feel and if thatdoest work take your anger out in the gym... like on a punch bag or write it all down in journal or a diary.

iv heard the gym is 1 of the best to take it out on..... but i advise a dirary first and if not then try the gym.

okay. this isn't about me. this is about my friend..
it seems like he never takes a break really, every time i talk to him he is always saying how his life sucks and how he has to go to the military and it just i want him to maybe slow down and just relize that his life isn't shit because really he is someone who is so speical to me.. he helps me through alot. he is like such a good friend to me and to hear him say he wants to go in the military and that his life sucks just makes me feel really bad.
what can i say to him to help?
