I am having nightmares alot now... i do not know why, but i know what they are about, although i am not going to disclose that at the moment... these nightmares are waking me up alot in the night, and i am having trouble with school now... as well as they are making more emotional than before. i really would like some help if anyone can help me... i am also having flashbacks of the same event... and nature... and they too are making me more emotional than ever before... i dont know why everything is coming back to me now... and i would really like to know... i know that you guys arent experts or anything, but a friendly advice could help... im just wondering wht could help me sleep better during the night, without taking any medications... Thanks, Angelless... :)

Well most Dreams are caused by your mood. so if its a scary dream its most likly becausse ur angery or stressed.

so if you try to do things you really like before you sleep and make sure your in a great mood then sleep it might work.

but may i ask what these dreams are about and what you like to do? ( even if it sounds weird )

I dont really have any advice but I think I have a good idea about how you feel, when a memory from the past keeps haunting you in you dreams and makes you more emotional than you thought possible. Maybe you should try talking to a parent or a friend maybe they can help you figure out what to do so you can get a good nights sleep and so your grades dont suffer. I hope you can find the help you need and I hope this helps.

Sometimes dreams can be a symbol of something

You can look up the contents of your dream for further understanding. I use it most of the time and so far it's been ok. =)

Feel better soon!
