WELL,
I am really upset. My Uncle Mitchell is in the army camp right now, getting ready to go out for war, and i am just really sad. He wrote his 1st letter last week, and he cryed while writing it, I FEEL SO BAD FOR HIM.
i really dont know how to feel now.

I'm sure your uncle will miss you and all the rest of the family. The Army is tough but it takes pretty good care of its soldiers. Right now he just needs everybody's support.
I know you are really sad to see him go, and probably worried that he will be all right. But did you know that more people have been murdered in Chicago this year than we've had soldiers die in Iraq this year? I heard that somewhere recently. So things are getting better over there, and there isn't much reason to worry. Just pray for him every day.
Let him know you are proud of him for signing up to defend us against terrorists and our enemies, and I think that will encourage him and make him feel better.

yes Military is Tough but be proud of him and i bet he will be more happy and yes he will miss everyone but its brave to stand up. not many people support war and im not saying you have to but depending on everything that happend is wether you should support it.
But this situation is a both sided... bush is at fault for this BUT the threats came from iraq... so its hard to say.

Aww Iam sure everything will be fine. He probably really misses you and your family. But you should be very proud of him he is a very brave man
